If your SaintVida product is defective, we'll be happy to replace it with an identical one, free of charge.
That being said, we cannot be responsible for damage incurred during shipping or subsequent damage once the item has been worn or washed. Our standard shipping does NOT include insurance or delivery confirmation. This helps to make shipping more affordable for international shipments.
We inspect every item carefully before shipping to insure that the product you receive is perfect in every way. On the slim chance that we've overlooked something we'll be happy to remedy the situation quickly.
If unfortunately you received a damaged or defective product due to our negligence, please contact us immediately.
We'll work with you to resolve the issue. When emailing us, please include the order number and a detailed description of the problem.
Please note that for Singapore customers, you have 7 days from the date (you will receive an email notification when your item has been shipped) that your shipment was sent to request to make an return request. For international customers, you have 21 days from the date that your shipment was sent to do the same. We will not entertain requests longer than this time period.
Our exchange policy
On the unlikely circumstances that you are unhappy with your clothing for reasons other than a workmanship defect, we can offer to exchange your item with any other that is in our collection. Exchanged item(s) must be of equal or lesser value than the original merchandise(s). In the case where the value of the exchanged item(s) is less than the value of the original merchandise(s), SaintVida.com will try to make a refund of the differences whenever possible through the same way as your original payment method. Please note that SaintVida.com is not liable to refund the differences, and this is done solely out of our goodwill.

Exchange or return of mechandise
There are two ways to make a return or exchange.
Return by mail
Complete the exchange/return form included in your shipment indicating your preferences. Together with the Saint Vida "full warranty" tag (attached to clothing) and the merchandise(s), simply send these back to us using the carrier of your choice. Be sure to send it pre paid, no CODs are allowed. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable for exchanges.
For returns, if there is indeed a defect or problem with our merchandise, we will reimburse you the full cost of shipping the item.
